RFP WMC-RHTP-2026-002 | Procurement MS-P0010
Winston Medical Center invites competitive proposals for enterprise technology infrastructure modernization, including 30 network switches, 47 wireless access points, 10 UPS units, associated accessories and licensing/support, and installation, configuration, testing, documentation, and handoff. Qualified vendors and implementation teams may propose the reference equipment or equivalent solutions meeting the complete RFP requirements.
Proposals must be received by email no later than November 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Obtain the complete RFP and addenda, submit questions, and email proposals to Matt Woodward, CFO, at mwoodward@winstonmedical.org. Use the RFP number and proposer name in the submission subject line.
WMC seeks delivery and implementation proposals assuming invoicing through July 15, 2027, with completed work and payment by July 31, 2027. WMC must submit its final reimbursement request and proof of payment by August 15, 2027.
Selection will consider technical fit and interoperability, price, and the other factors ranked in the RFP. WMC may reject proposals or cancel for documented reasons. Small, minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and labor-surplus-area businesses are encouraged to participate.
This project is supported by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $369,149.95, with 100 percent ($369,149.95) funded by CMS/HHS and 0 percent ($0) financed by nongovernmental sources. Winston Medical Center invites competitive proposals for one-time enterprise clinical information system implementation and interoperability services. Qualified providers, health system hosts, and implementation teams may propose Epic Community Connect or an equivalent approach meeting the RFP requirements.
Proposals must be received by email no later than November 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Obtain the complete RFP and addenda, submit questions, and email proposals to Matt Woodward, CFO, at mwoodward@winstonmedical.org. Use the RFP number and proposer name in the submission subject line.
WMC seeks an implementation timeline and cost proposal that assumes services may be invoiced through July 15, 2027, so that payment can be finalized by July 31, 2027. WMC must submit proof of payment under the grant no later than August 15, 2027. July 31 is the expenditure deadline; operational go-live may occur later.
