LOUISVILLE, Miss. (November 8, 2018) – Winston Medical Center has been awarded two Maggie Awards for Best Website and Best Social Media Advertising. The 31^st Annual Maggie Awards, presented by the Mississippi Hospital Association (MHA), recognize excellence in the field of health care marketing and public relations. The MHA received over 100 entries, which were judged by a panel of professionals from outside Mississippi who reviewed and selected the Maggie Award winners.

Winston Medical Center received the award for Best Website based on the site’s mobile-friendly, responsive, custom WordPress framework, optimized for search engine results. It was also awarded for its in-depth content and news, as well as ability to ensure visitors are given the most current information.

The hospital also received a Maggie Award for Best Social Media Advertising, in which video testimonials were used to tell the hospital’s story, as well as showcase the impact that Winston Medical Center has on the community of Louisville.
