Trigger Point Dry Needling Services
Treat nagging muscular pain and tightness with a special physical therapy treatment called Trigger Point Dry Needling. Physical therapists use dry needling with the goal of releasing or inactivating trigger points to relieve pain or improve range of motion.
What is Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a treatment used by physical therapists to treat myofascial pain and dysfunction using a thin needle (one that does not inject medication) which is inserted into areas of tight
muscle known as trigger points.
Specially trained physical therapists use trigger point dry needing to provide a quicker return to a strengthening and exercise program.
Dry Needling, when used in conjunction with other appropriate physical therapy treatments,
results in a faster return to function and prevents recurrence of the problem.
