Chief Operating Officer

Winston Medical Center, located in Louisville, MS, is currently accepting applications for the position of Chief Operating Officer.  As a growing healthcare provider who seeks to be the provider of choice for Winston and surrounding counties, Winston Medical Center is looking for an energetic, dedicated professional who wants to be part of a growing entity and be an integral part of its’rebuilding efforts.

The COO, under the leadership of the CEO, will direct, supervise and coordinate the overall clinical and business operations of the Medical Center.  The COO will participate in the development and administration of policies on clinical and business operations and strategic planning as well assupervise all assigned departments of WMC through managers and support staff.

A Bachelor’s degree in health, business or public services is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have five years of operational management, preferably in a healthcare setting.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
