Winston Medical Center Nursing Home hosted its Holiday Open House and Ribbon Cutting today at 10:00 a.m.
Today was a special day for our residents and staff,” said Lacey Vowell, Nursing Home Administrator. “The road was a long hard journey for many of our residents and today we made that journey into a celebration,” said Vowell.
With over 100 people in attendance, a ribbon was cut recognizing all the hard work that Lacey Vowell, Fran Misso and the staff of WMCNH had acheived over the past seven months.
“Today we were excited to have the opportunity to welcome individuals from our community into the nursing home for this celebration. We were able to focus on the reopening of our facility and the accomplishments that we made as a team,” said Fran Misso, DON.
“This is such a great day that I am honored to be a part of. I am glad to get back into our home. It feels so good,” said Teresa Fulton, Nursing Home Resident.
