Winston Medical Center is proud to recognize its August Employee of the Month as Keith Alexander.

Keith joined the WMC team just over a year ago as part of the security team. Having previously served Winston County as Chief Deputy for the Winston County Sheriff’s Office, Keith brings experience when it comes to serving and protecting.

That service has continued since his arrival at WMC. He has become a familiar face for patients, visitors, and fellow employees. Since joining the WMC team, Keith has demonstrated the values that represent WMC as an organization. He exemplifies Performance, Accountability, Service, Stewardship, Integrity, and Teamwork each day as he serves our community.

Whether assisting a patient, helping a visitor find their way, or lending a helpful hand to employees across departments, Keith is always ready to step in with a servant’s heart. His professionalism and kindness help create a welcoming environment at Winston Medical Center.

Keith is the proud father of two children, but he says his greatest joy is hearing his granddaughter, Lillie, call him “PoPo.”
