The “WMC Heartbeat” program is a customer service and employee recognition program. The program allows Department Directors, Administration, patients, and families an opportunity to recognize employees who excel at fulfilling the Winston Medical Center Mission and Vision.
Winston Medical Center will recognize employees monthly and annually based on submissions. “We have a great staff here at WMC. We want to let employees know they are appreciated and reward them when they go above and beyond,” stated Lee McCall CEO. “We also want our patients, residents, and families know that we are dedicated to not only meeting, but exceeding their expectations for service, compassion, and care.” stated McCall.
Each employee received recognition. Antanisha Coleman was the winner of a drawing for movie passes and dinner for two.
