The Pilot Club of Louisville brought “Casseroles for Caregivers” to the staff at Winston Medical Center today.  This project is sponsored annually by the Pilot Club of Louisville and provides casseroles to those who are giving care in our community.  This year, the local hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living homes received the casseroles.  We appreciate you, Pilot Club of Louisville!
